July 11, 2026 Styling

  • Removed green branches or early growth from trunk & branches. Removed crotch growth. Removed bar branches or selected alternating branches. Trimmed tip extensions.

  • Removed loose bark.

  • Copper wired main branches.

  • Proposed to rotate the upper branch extension back over the center of the tree. (Started a split of a branch bifurcation—poorly unsupported bend). It is very thick and also proposing to Jin much of the branch to add contrast and point towards the foliar mass.

  • Designing towards a large triangular foliar canopy—slanting towards the right as the trunk points.
