March 4, and as Indiana Jones slid below a closing trap-door, I recentered a Red Alder and repotted a JBP from organic nursery soil to a training pot.
The garden is waking up quickly.
Tridents are considered hearty and may tolerate a repotting late in Spring. I have another 6-7 Left Coast Bonsai Trident Saplings to repot for an eventual forest planting.
