Acorn Season (Quercus Suber)

Visited a public cork oak tree in mid-Sep with only the start of acorns. Returned Oct 10 to find these, will return in a week for more. Squirrels are eating many, so they Mar grow and go fast.

Germinate in cold storage until Dec 10, plant and wait until spring.

Not sure what this dark, narrow oak leaf is. Small acorns. Google says it’s likely Coast or Valley, but looks like neither. Will but soak, fridge germination for two weeks, then plant.
