D.Tech Intersession

Intersession is a two-week immersive learning experience offered three times a year. Students step away from their regular classes to explore new skills, passions, and real-world applications. Each student takes one morning and one afternoon course, with each totaling about 30 hours of hands-on learning. 

We welcome professionals, artists, parents, entrepreneurs, educators, and community leaders who want to share their expertise and inspire students. Teaching experience is helpful but not required — if you’re passionate and can guide students through a hands-on learning experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Our next Intersession is in Winter from Jan 25-Feb 5, 2027. If you are interested in talking further the next step would be coming up with a topic and speaking further with Dr. Alfonzo. Please fill out this form if you are interested.
