Visit to Spirited Garden in Jeju S. Korea

While on a family vacation to S. Korea, we visited Jeju Island, and visited the Spirited Gardens. Thirty years as a Bonsai garden. Seemed to be curated and maintained by Mr. Jung and an assistant.

An amazing collection of old trees and stones. Pines were amazing, in pot or in the ground. Deciduous examples had mind blowing nebari sans trunk bases so wide—but most were growing out as displayed and in need of maintenance or constant pruning.
